Privacy Policy for DeepDish GigBook

Deep Dish Designs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes DeepDish GigBook, a sheet-music and setlist management app for iPad ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. Our approach is simple: DeepDish GigBook is designed to keep your data on your own devices and in your own accounts, and we do not collect it.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information about you. The App does not include third-party advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not build user profiles, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Your Content Stays With You
The sheet music, setlists, binders, annotations, audio, and other content you add to DeepDish GigBook are stored locally on your device. If you choose to use features such as iCloud storage, the iOS Share Sheet, backup and restore, or importing and exporting files, that content is handled by Apple's system services and by the destinations you select (for example, your own iCloud Drive, Files, or a service you choose to share to). We do not receive or have access to that content.
Apple Services
DeepDish GigBook is distributed through Apple's App Store and uses standard Apple system features. Any information related to app downloads, purchases, or aggregate, anonymized usage that Apple may provide to developers is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/) and is not personally identifying to us. If DeepDish GigBook offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, those transactions are processed by Apple, and we do not receive your payment details.
Network Connections
The App may make secure (HTTPS) connections in the course of standard operation, such as when interacting with Apple services or loading web content you request. These connections use standard encryption provided by the operating system.
Children's Privacy
DeepDish GigBook is a general-audience productivity app for musicians and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated version at this address.
